The SENCo leads our Learning Support department, a supportive and well organised team in a highly successful and friendly environment within a flourishing school.  We offer an effective internal induction programme, work in partnership with our local Teaching School Hub to fully support ECT induction and offer opportunities for continuing professional development within the school and through the South Lakes Federation.
